We are excited to announce the 1st ARGUS Living Lab, a dynamic one-day event dedicated to co-creating the requirements, specifications, and strategies for the ARGUS project implementation. This collaborative event will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders to explore innovative solutions for heritage asset management and climate change resilience.

We invite you to join us for this unique opportunity to contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage through innovative technology and collaborative approaches. The event is open to:
- Cultural stakeholders and authorities
- Individual researchers in cultural heritage preservation
- Research/Academic groups in cultural heritage preservation
- Heritage-related NGOs and organizations
- Citizens and the general public
Your input and participation are crucial to the success of the ARGUS project. All participants should register prior to the event, providing basic personal information, their motivation for participating, and any previous relevant engagement.
Event Overview
The 1st ARGUS Living Lab is structured to maximize engagement and co-creation through a series of interactive sessions.
Key Activities:
- Introduction and Context Setting - Welcome and introduction to the ARGUS project. - Overview of project goals, objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Technology Presentations and Demonstrations - Showcasing of existing tools, technologies, methods, and solutions within the ARGUS partnership. - Presentation of relevant case studies and success stories from the participants.
- Interactive Workshop Facilitated group discussions in focused round tables to identify research questions, challenges, opportunities, and the way forward. The round table discussions will be divided into (up-to) three groups focusing on: - Climate Change Resilience and Adaptation in cultural property - Technology Integration, Validation, Data-Driven Methods, and Decision Support Systems (DSSs) in heritage preservation - Community Engagement and Co-Creation Aspects in heritage protection
- Feedback and Reflection - Gathering of participant feedback on the Living Lab format, topics discussed, and potential future collaborations. - Reflecting on key insights to inform future project activities and directions. This will include organizing feedback in the form of online questionnaires.
